2. How to Request a Refund or Assistance

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing may take up to 10 business days from the date your request is approved.
  4. If a promotional discount was applied, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid, not the original list price.
  5. If your order qualified for free shipping and a partial refund brings your total below the free shipping threshold, the cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  6. Free gifts, promotional items, and bonus products included with your order are not eligible for refund or return under this policy.
  7. Bundle or multi-pack orders are covered under our standard 90-day policy. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
  8. This guarantee is intended for genuine customer satisfaction. Abuse or repeated misuse of this policy may result in forfeiture of eligibility.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@trynuvesic.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging
  • A photo of the shipping box (if visibly damaged in transit)
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue

5. Returns

We handle most cases without requiring a physical return. If a return is required, our support team will confirm this and provide a Returns Authorization Code along with clear instructions.

Important:

  • Do not send products back without first receiving a Returns Authorization Code. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
  • Items purchased on trynuvesic.com cannot be returned to a physical store location.
  • We do not accept returns of products purchased from third-party retailers.
