What Happens If You're Not Home?

If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package will not be lost. Depending on your local courier, it may be:

  • Left in a safe location at your address
  • Delivered to a neighbor
  • Sent to your local post office or parcel pick-up point

You will receive a note or email with instructions on where and how to collect your order. Always check your tracking link for the latest status.

Lost Package?

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received anything:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, porch, or building reception.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members — deliveries are sometimes accepted on your behalf.
  3. Still can't find it? Contact us at info@trynuvesic.com with your order number.

We will help locate the package or issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Our priority is making sure you receive what you ordered.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Nuvesic is not able to predict or cover these charges.
